I've been working with benefit plans in general, and the senior population, for decades now. My early career focused on guiding people through the employer options offered to them, including both health care needs and pensions. In 2014, I shifted my focus to Medicare, in order to expand my knowledge and help more seniors. I've always been very customer-service focused, and do a lot of volunteer work when I'm not busy trying to help people navigate the complexities of their health care options.
